We’re excited to introduce additional updates that make your CoVet experience easier and more effective.

1. PMS Integrations: Easier and Faster Data Entry

We've expanded our integrations to include Bitwerx (Avimark, Cornerstone, and Impromed) and Provet Cloud. Now, you can automate data entry between CoVet and your Practice Management Software (PMS). This means you'll spend even less time manually entering information, giving you more time to focus on caring for your patients.

2. Phone Number Sharing for Teams

Previously, each CoVet account could only verify one clinic phone number, which made it difficult for teams to consistently display the clinic's phone number. We've now improved this so that your whole team can use and share your verified clinic number. When your team members call clients, everyone will consistently see your clinic's phone number, keeping communications professional and unified.

3. Easier Team Management

We've updated the "Add Team Member" interface, making it clearer and easier to use. The functionality hasn't changed, but the improved design helps you quickly and confidently add new team members to your CoVet account.

4. Enhanced Recording and Language Settings

  • Recording Language Check: You'll now receive a prompt if your recording language differs from your app's language setting. This avoids confusion and ensures your recordings are accurately captured in your desired language.

  • Audio Input Warning: CoVet now alerts you immediately if your recording has no audio input detected, preventing wasted recordings and ensuring valuable information is always captured.

5. Case Management Enhancements

  • Quick Status Views: We've introduced five clear status indicators on the cases page, allowing you to quickly understand where each case stands without clicking into individual details.

  • Customized Case Views: Choose between viewing today's cases or all cases. Adjust these settings based on your personal preferences and workflow, making case management easier and tailored specifically to your clinic’s needs.

  • Phone Call Summaries: CoVet now summarizes your client phone calls directly within each case. Never worry about missing or forgetting key points from your conversations, everything is neatly summarized and centralized for quick reference.

Additional Improvements

We're also continuously squashing bugs and enhancing existing features, like PDF improvements and clearer recording timestamps, to keep everything running smoothly.
