How to Use the “Share Feedback” Button in the CoVet App
At CoVet, we’re committed to delivering an exceptional user experience and resolving issues quickly. One of the easiest and fastest ways to help us help you is by using the Share Feedback button built right into the app. In this article, we’ll show you exactly how it works and why it’s so valuable.
What Is the Share Feedback Button?
The Share Feedback button is a blue icon with an exclamation mark that appears on key screens throughout the CoVet app. It’s designed to give you a quick, simple way to let us know when something doesn’t look quite right, or when you have suggestions or concerns about a particular case.
Think of it as your direct line to our support and development teams, no extra emails, no need to describe where you were in the app. Just fast, clear communication.
Where Can I Find It?
You’ll find the Share Feedback button in two main places:
On the record screen: When viewing an individual recording or case.
On other key app screens: It’s available wherever quick feedback might be helpful.
Look for a blue circle with an exclamation point (!)—that’s your button.
How to Use It (Step-by-Step)
Here’s how to quickly share feedback with us:
Navigate to the screen or record you want to comment on. This might be a case with missing or incorrect data.
Tap the blue “Share Feedback” button (with the exclamation mark).
A small feedback window will pop up.
Type your message, keep it clear with what issue you are experienced, what area of CoVet you were in, and any other details to help us investigate.
Included any Case IDs that also experienced this issue. The more information we can troubleshoot with, the better
Hit Send.
And that’s it! Your message is automatically tied to the specific record or screen you were viewing, so we instantly know what you’re referring to.
Why This Helps Everyone
By using the Share Feedback button:
- You save time, we don’t need to follow up asking for details or links.
- You help us diagnose and fix issues faster, since your feedback is tied directly to a specific case.
- You contribute to improving the app for everyone in the CoVet community.
Whether it’s a data issue, a bug, or just something that feels off, your input matters.
Important note: At this time, we cannot log into your CoVet account, we can only access case specific information if the CaseID is shared with us.
A Note of Thanks
We truly appreciate every bit of feedback you share. Your time and insights help us make CoVet better every day. Don’t hesitate to click that button whenever something needs our attention, we’re here for it!
