There are multiple articles that will help you with different aspects of the Avimark integration.

How to use the integration following set-up

Mapping a template for use with the Avimark integration ensures that when you use the Export to PMS button in CoVet, all your notes and details are automatically transferred into the correct way.

Proper mapping streamlines your workflow and helps ensure that all information is organized accurately on the Avimark side.

1. Open the template you want to map

Click on Templates in the left-hand navigation bar. Then, select the specific template you want to map. For this example, choose the Advanced SOAP template.

5. Configure mapping options

At present the only mapping function that works for the Avimark integration is Exact Match > all sections so be sure to choose the correct option in this step.

On the next screen, you'll see several mapping options. For the Avimark integration, always choose Exact Match.

In the CoVet Section Mapping drop-down menu, select the name of your template — it will display as the template name followed by (All Sections) and will appear as the last item in the list.

Once you’ve made your selections, click Save Mapping to complete the process.
