Copy & Paste - Section by Section
This is the function most user rely on to quickly move records from CoVet to any practice management software.
After creating your record, you'll notice a "Copy" button on the top right of every section. This button will copy the text for that section, which you can then paste into any other software.
Copy & Paste - Entire Record
To make the export process even faster, you can copy your entire record with a single click, just use the "Copy All" button at the top of the record.
When you use this option, your record will be pasted in it's entirety, with section headers in place. One click to copy, one click to paste and you're all done!
You can export any record from CoVet by emailing it directly to yourself, your clinic or your client. To do this, just scroll to the bottom of the record, enter the email address and click "Send email".
Your record will be delivered both in the body of email, and as a nicely formatted PDF attachment.
PDF Download / Print
To download your records as a nicely formatted PDF, including section headers, just click the "Download PDF" button near the top of the record.
After a moment of processing, a new screen will open displaying the PDF document, and then you can then use the download or print buttons in the top right corner of the page.
Changing the Export Status of a Record
The main function of the Export Center is to help you (and your team) keep track of what the Export Status is of any given case at any given time.
Just click the badges pictured below at the very bottom of each Record screen to change the status of that particular record. Those changes will also be reflected in the badge displayed in the top right hand corner of each record.
