Creating a Team for Your Practice or Department

Creating a Team will allow users to collaborate on cases and can centralize billing for everyone on the team to a single account.


 

How to create a team

1. Access the Teams page

Go to Your Account, then select Teams to view the team management dashboard.


2. Initiate team creation

Click Create Team or New Team to open the setup form.


3. Enter practice or department name

Type the name of your clinic or department exactly as you want it displayed.


4. Customize team settings

Choose settings such as default billing account permissions and support mode access.


5. Save the team

Click Save or Create to finalize the team setup.


Why create a team

  • Centralizes billing so all cases are invoiced under one account

  • Enables team collaboration on case creation recordings and document generation

  • Supports organized workflows across multiple users or locations


Quick tips

  • Use descriptive team names like Clinic Front Desk Surgery or Emergency Team

  • Adjust permissions later to control who can invite users or manage billing

  • Add team members after setup so everyone can begin collaborating immediately
