Some PMS integrations are included with your CoVet subscription, while others require an additional paid integration fee.
When an integration has an additional cost, that fee is billed through your existing CoVet subscription and follows your regular billing cycle, either monthly or yearly.
Which integrations are paid?
In the Integrations/Connections menu on your Profile, the status of whether or not the Integration is Free or Paid is marked under the PMS's name.

What currency will I be billed in?
Your integration is billed in the same currency as your CoVet subscription.
You choose your currency when you sign up and select your plan. That currency stays the same for your account and does not change based on your location or travel.
For example, if you selected AUD when you signed up, you will continue to be billed in AUD even if you are temporarily in another country.
Who can add a paid integration?
To add a paid PMS integration, you must already have an active CoVet subscription.
If one person is already paying for the team’s CoVet subscription, that person is the one who can add a new paid integration on behalf of the team.
If another team member wants to add a paid integration separately, they will need their own paid subscription for that integration.
Adding a paid integration
Before you add a paid integration, CoVet will show:
- The integration price
- Any amount due immediately
- The amount that will be charged at your next renewal
This is designed to make it clear what you are paying now and what will be added to your regular invoice going forward.
How billing works
When you add a paid integration, the fee is added to your existing CoVet subscription and appears on your usual CoVet invoice.
Your integration renews on the same billing schedule as the rest of your subscription.
That means:
the integration is billed on the same monthly or yearly cycle as your CoVet plan
all subscription charges appear together on the same invoice
the integration remains active and renews until it is deleted
Monthly billing
If you are on a monthly CoVet subscription and add a paid integration partway through your billing month, you may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
On your next renewal date, your invoice will include:
your regular monthly CoVet subscription, and
the monthly integration fee
Annual billing
If you are on a yearly CoVet subscription and add a paid integration partway through your billing year, you may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
On your next renewal date, your invoice will include:
your regular annual CoVet subscription, and
the annual integration fee
Annual integration pricing is calculated as the monthly price multiplied by 12.
