What CoVet Will Import
CoVet imports patients who are currently checked in (visit-equivalent) from Pack Leader.
Import rules:
Check-in detection: CoVet uses the tagIn field (check-in timestamp) to determine whether an appointment should be imported.
Multi-pet consultations: Pack Leader represents each pet as a separate appointment, so CoVet creates separate linked cases per pet.
Timezones: Pack Leader timestamps are in UTC. CoVet converts times to your clinic’s local timezone for display.
Viewing Imported Cases

Are linked to the corresponding Pack Leader record via appointmentID

What's Not Supported
At this time, the integration does not support:
Unscheduled visits: An appointment with a valid check-in (tagIn) is required.
Not-checked-in appointments: Appointments without a tagIn timestamp may not appear in CoVet.
