The Enterprise Dashboard is the administrative screen for veterinary groups running CoVet across more than one hospital. It reports adoption, content generated, and estimated time saved for one organization and time period at a time, and it lists every member of that organization with their usage and subscription details.
A typical session looks like this: choose an organization and a time period, read the summary cards, work through the Enterprise Users table, then export the result as a CSV.
Note: The Enterprise Dashboard is available to enterprise organizations. If you manage a single team, you can manage the same account settings from your team settings.
Where to find it
Open CoVet in a browser and select Enterprise Dashboard in the left sidebar, below Teams. You can also go straight to app.co.vet/enterprisedashboard.
If the option is not in your sidebar, see Who can access it below.
What you can do
Report on output: see how much content CoVet generated for the organization in a period, split into records, summaries, and emails.
Track adoption per user: see each member's generated content, their most used template, and when they joined.
Review licences: see plan type, billing cadence, subscription status, and trial state for every member in one list.
Manage the organization: control which CoVet features, sign up rules, and templates apply to the whole group.
Export what you see: download the Enterprise Users table as a CSV.
Go deeper on cases: open the Advanced Analytics panel for case level reporting.
Who can access it
The Enterprise Dashboard is available on enterprise accounts, to users who have been granted management rights over at least one organization. In practice that means team owners and managing members. Standard users, including vets, technicians, and support accounts, do not have access to it.
If you believe you should have access, contact your organization's CoVet admin or our team.
Choosing an organization and a time period
Everything on the page reports on one organization and one time period. Both are chosen at the top of the dashboard, and every card, the user table, and the export follow that selection.
If your group manages several organizations, switch between them from the dropdown at the top of the page. You will only see the organizations you manage.
What is on the page
Summary cards
The cards across the top of the dashboard summarize the organization for the selected period.
Card | What it reports |
Generated Content | Total items CoVet generated for the organization, split into records, summaries, and emails, with a per user breakdown available from the card. |
Time Saved | Estimated hours saved in the period, based on the volume of generated content. |
Total Users | All users in the organization, segmented by plan and by subscription status: active, in trial, expired, and inactive. Selecting a segment filters the table below. |
New Users | Users who joined during the period, by plan. |
Call Activity | Total calls, total call time, and average call duration. |
Productivity History | Estimated hours saved charted across the last six months, extendable to twelve. |
About Time Saved: this figure is an estimate. CoVet credits a set time saving for each generated item and multiplies it by the number of items, so read it as estimated time saved rather than measured hours.
The Enterprise Users table
The Enterprise Users table brings together the account information admins need to manage access across the organization. It has sixteen columns, covering three kinds of information:
Identity: name, email, hospital, and team.
Usage: content generated in the period, most used template, and join date.
Plan and subscription: plan type, billing cadence, access type, and subscription status.
Search the table by name or email to find a member quickly, and choose which columns are displayed so you see only what you need for the task at hand.
Tip: Available columns may change as we improve the dashboard. Your screen may also look slightly different from a colleague's if you have customized which columns are visible.
Sorting the table
You can sort the Enterprise Users table by any visible column to make accounts easier to find and organize.
Click a column header to sort by that column.
Click it again to reverse the sort order.
A banner shows which column is being used and the current sort direction.
Exporting to CSV
You can export the Enterprise Users table as a CSV when you need to work with account information outside CoVet, such as during onboarding, offboarding, or an account review.
Your export matches what is on screen. The CSV covers the selected organization and time period, and includes the columns currently visible in the table. If there are additional columns you need, make them visible before exporting.
Subscriptions and organization settings
Where your organization manages subscriptions centrally, you can change or remove a member's subscription directly from the dashboard.
Organization level settings apply to the whole group rather than to one member. From here you can enable or disable specific CoVet features, set password requirements, restrict sign up to approved email domains, and manage which templates the group can see.
Advanced analytics
Above the summary cards is an Advanced Analytics Dashboard banner with a View Analytics button. It opens a full analytics dashboard for the organization you have selected, in a window over the page. Close it to return to the dashboard.
Where the dashboard page measures usage, meaning how much was generated, by whom, and on which plan, this panel reports on the content of the cases themselves: what patients were presented for, what was recommended and whether it was followed, how clients responded, and what it amounted to financially. See the Analytics Dashboard Overview for what each section contains.
No separate login is needed, and every user who can reach the Enterprise Dashboard can open the panel. It always shows the organization currently selected in the dropdown, so switching organizations changes what it reports. If it cannot load, a message asks you to try again later.
FAQ
Why can't I see the Enterprise Dashboard?
It is available on enterprise accounts, and only to users with management rights over at least one organization. If you manage a single team, use your team settings instead.
Is Time Saved measured from what my team actually did?
No. It is an estimate calculated from the number of items CoVet generated, as described above.
Can I sort by more than one column at a time?
No. The table sorts by one column at a time. Selecting another column replaces the current sort.
Does sorting change what my colleagues see?
No. Sorting and column choices only change your own view of the table.
Does the export include every account?
The export reflects the table as you currently have it configured, including the selected organization, the selected time period, and the columns you have made visible.
Can I use the Enterprise Dashboard on my phone, or offline?
No. It is built for a browser on a large screen and needs a connection, so it is not part of using CoVet offline.
