At times, communication from CoVet can be blocked due to an IT setup, like a firewall. Connect with your IT team to see if they can verify if any blockers are in place that would not permit our emails to be sent to you. Here are some tips to ensure that you receive communication from CoVet.
1. Add CoVet to your safe sender list
Ensure to add emails ending with "@co.vet" to your safe sender list. This would include support@co.vet and info@co.vet or your Account Executive's email address. This way, you won't miss any important information.
2. Approve/whitelist our sending IP Addresses
CoVet uses a platform called Postmark to send emails directly from the platform. You may find that emails, such as a team invite or password resets, are not reaching you. If that is the case, you may need to approve these IP addresses.
- Postmark IP addresses to approve
- 50.31.156.96/27 (50.31.156.96 - 127)
- 104.245.209.192/26 (104.245.209.192 - 255)
- 50.31.205.204/30 (50.31.205.204 - 207)
- 50.31.205.0/24 (50.31.205.1 - 255)
3. Check your ISP or organizational filters
Your team may have blocked messages from coming into your inbox, so you may need to approve new messages.
