What does transferring a recording do

If you record audio in the wrong case, you can transfer it to the correct case so that your documentation stays organized.

Step-by-step guide

1. Locate the recording you want to transfer

Open the case where the recording currently resides and find it in the case content feed

2. Open recording options

Click the three-dot menu next to the recording to open the options

3. Choose transfer

Select the transfer option and then pick the correct case from the list

4. Confirm the move

Confirm the transfer and the recording will be moved into the new case
