What Can You Do with “Select Cases”?
Using Select Cases on the Find Cases page, you can:
Delete multiple cases in a single action
Archive several cases at once
Generate records (e.g., SOAP notes, client emails) for multiple cases simultaneously

Step‑by‑Step Guide
1. Navigate to the Find Cases Screen
- Go to Find Cases from your dashboard to view all active cases.
2. Use Select Cases
Click the Select Cases button.
Check the box beside each case you want to include in your action.
3. Choose Your Action
With cases selected, click one of the following:
Delete to permanently remove cases
Archive to move cases out of active lists while keeping a backup
Generate Records to create documents (like SOAP notes or emails) in bulk
4. Confirm Your Action
- A prompt will appear asking you to confirm. Review the action carefully, then click Confirm or Continue.
Tips & Reminders
Archiving preserves case data in storage—archived cases aren’t deleted, but moved out of your active view.
Deleting is permanent—cases cannot be recovered after deletion.
Generating records can be done using templates, including multiple formats at once (SOAP, summaries, emails).
