Exporting to Vetspire via CoVet's Google Chrome Extension

Move documents to Vetspire from CoVet via our Google Chrome extension with a single click!


Important: To use this feature you first need to download and install the Google Chrome extension for CoVet. Please visit this article for instructions on how to do this.

How to export records to Vetspire

1. Install the CoVet Chrome extension

Download and install the CoVet Chrome extension from the Chrome web store before proceeding.


2. Open Vetspire in Chrome

Navigate to patient record in Vetspire in the same browser window.


3. Access the Extension and Configure Template

Open the CoVet extension, access a case and click the three vertical dots for Configure template to ensure automatic mapping is correct

4. Transfer the notes

Ensure the connection light is green in the top right of the extension.

Use the Paste all button to Vetspire option to export the entire record or choose add section to transfer specific parts.


5. Confirm content in Vetspire

Review the transferred text in Vetspire to make sure all sections have populated correctly.

Mapping options

Objective and Vitals cannot be mapped and will need to be manually ticked in Vetspire
