The Teleos integration lets CoVet pull scheduled appointments from your Teleos diary and create linked cases from them.

Those cases arrive with the patient, client, appointment, and practitioner details already connected, so you can open the case and get to the visit without entering the same information again.

There are multiple articles that will help you with different aspects of the Teleos integration.

Use these links to jump between these articles quickly:

What CoVet Imports

For each appointment, CoVet brings in:

  • Appointment date and time

  • Appointment reason

  • Other appointment notes

  • Patient name

  • Assigned practitioner

  • Owning client

Each Teleos appointment is linked to one patient.

Multi-patient appointments are not supported.

Which Appointments Are Imported

The appointment must have a practitioner assigned. CoVet skips:

  • Appointments with no practitioner

  • Empty diary slots

There is no setting to import unassigned Teleos appointments.

Automatic Import

Teleos supports automatic syncing.

You can manage this from PMS Settings once the connection is set up.

Import Appointments Manually

Use Import & Sync when you want to refresh the Teleos diary manually.

Running it again pulls the latest diary information and updates existing linked cases.

Cancelled and No-Show Appointments

Teleos does not send CoVet a cancelled or no-show status.

Imported appointments therefore appear as active in CoVet.

Appointment Times

Teleos appointment times are read using local time.
