Template mapping controls how the sections in a CoVet document are sent back to Teleos.
Teleos has one destination for exported documentation, Clinical Notes. CoVet combines your mapped template sections into one note before sending it to the patient’s clinical history.
There are multiple articles that will help you with different aspects of the Teleos integration.

How Template Mapping Works with Teleos
Teleos has one Clinical Note field.
When you export a CoVet document, the mapped sections are combined and sent to that field as one note.
You do not need to choose different Teleos fields for different parts of your template.
Default Mapping
When you first connect Teleos, CoVet maps all template content to Clinical Notes by default.
You can review or change that mapping later.
Review Your Mapping
To review or change the mapping:
Open PMS Settings.
Select Teleos.
Open Edit Fields.
Review the sections mapped to Clinical Notes.
All selected content goes into the same Teleos clinical note.
What Happens When You Export
CoVet combines the mapped sections into one plain-text note. That note is added to the linked patient’s clinical history in Teleos.
