CoVet’s Teleos integration lets your team bring scheduled appointments into CoVet and send completed documentation back to the patient’s clinical history in Teleos.
Once connected, your team can work from the appointments already scheduled in Teleos and export the finished record directly to the patient’s file in the PMS.

Before You Start
Before connecting Teleos, contact Teleos and ask them to:
Provide API access for your practice
Provide your API Username
Provide your API Password
Allow-list CoVet’s servers
Teleos handles these steps. Once you have your API username and password, you can finish the setup in CoVet.
You do not need to enter a Teleos server address. CoVet handles that behind the scenes.
How to Connect Teleos
In CoVet, go to your Profile.
Find Teleos and select Connect.
Enter the Username provided by Teleos.
Enter the Password provided by Teleos.
Continue to connect.
CoVet checks the connection using your Teleos credentials.
If the connection fails, check your username and password first. If they are correct, confirm that Teleos has allow-listed CoVet’s servers.
Review Your Teleos Settings
You can manage Teleos from PMS Settings.
From there, you can manage:
Template mapping
Case naming
Automatic import and sync
Veterinarian mapping
Veterinarian Mapping
Teleos practitioners appear as veterinarians you can select in CoVet.
The practitioner is used when importing appointments and when sending a completed note back to Teleos.
Important: Teleos only imports appointments that have a practitioner assigned. Appointments without a practitioner are skipped.
