The ezyVet integration allows you to export documents from CoVet to your PMS with a single click, so you can get on with your day.

As you create content within your linked CoVet cases, such as SOAP notes, clinical summaries, diagnoses, and treatment plans, the integration lets you export that content back to ezyVet.
Records are automatically saved under the correct patient and attached to the corresponding appointment, reducing manual work and keeping patient files complete and up to date.
1. Navigate to the case you want to export from
Click into the case you want to export to get started.
2. Select and review the document you want to export
From within your linked case, locate the record you wish to export in the case content feed and click to open it. In this example, we're using the SOAP record.
Review the record and make any necessary edits at this stage, just as you normally would. Once you're satisfied, proceed to the next step.
3. Export the document to ezyVet
When you're ready, click the Export to ezyVet button at the top right. This exports the record directly into ezyVet, associating it with the correct patient and appointment thanks to the established case link.
4. Review and finalize your export
A pop-up will appear on the right-hand side showing a preview of your record and how it will appear in ezyVet. Click Edit fields if you need to make changes.
Once you're satisfied, click Export to ezyVet to complete the export. The record will then appear in ezyVet under the correct patient.
Dealing with unlinked cases
If a case was imported from ezyVet (automatically or manually), it will already be linked and you'll see Export to ezyVet.
If your case is currently unlinked, you'll see a note that the case is Not linked to ezyVet.
When you click Export to ezyVet in the top right, the button at the bottom of the preview will appear as Continue instead of Export to ezyVet.
From here you can link your case. This step is required to get your record into ezyVet.
5. Move on to your next case
Your document content will appear in ezyVet right where you need it.
